My fiance had dragged me across the state to every baby shop within 300kms before we had our baby Matilda, they all seemed pretty much the same to me... Then we met Jody and the girls at Baby Junction. They are above and beyond the other shops because they actaully care and have an insane knowledge about the products they sell. I loved the fact that when we bought a baby capsule for the car they didnt just say there you go... they said "would you like us to install that for you!!!" SIMPLY BRILLIANT....

Dear Baby Junction Team
A couple of weeks ago my husband and I came into your store to look at prams. Shortly after walking inside and without any prompting, Michelle devoted lots of time to helping us, showing us all of the benefits of the range you have in store. She made it as important to her as it was to us that we made a good decision about which pram to purchase. We have since bought a Mountain Buggy Urban Elite and Bassinette from your store. We are very pleased with the products that we now have and feel like they are exactly what we were looking for.
We initially came to your store after disappointing experiences with our local store in Mount Barker where we felt that good customer service was only important if we were serious about making purchases.
The service that you provide when we come in, whether we make a purchase or not has been fantastic. We are more than happy to drive the extra distance to Baby Junction to buy anything else we will need in the future.

Dear Jody,
I just wanted to let you know that my husband Nick & I came in on Sunday to get some information on prams and car-seats and cots, and were so, so happy to finally find a baby shop that could answer all of our questions, gave brilliant service (including taking a carseat out to our hatchback to see whether it would fit) and had so much available.
We have been looking around for a few weeks now, and have been shocked at the lack of service and product knowledge elsewhere. We will definitely be doing all of our shopping at Baby Junction, and recommending it very highly to friends & family.

Hi Jody (and the team)
I just wanted to send an email of thanks to the Baby Junction team for a truly fantastic experience!
After a friend recommended your store and I signed up for your newsletter, my husband and I decided to head down yesterday for a look around. We have just hit the three-month 'safety zone' with our very first pregnancy, and have been finding the hunt for all the baby stuff we'll need overwhelming and confusing to say the least.
Within minutes of entering, the lovely Michelle offered to assist and wow, what a difference her warm and personalised service made! At other stores we have been pushed towards the most expensive 'designer' products by staff who seemed completely disinterested and uncaring. But Michelle quickly understood our needs and our budget, and spent well over an hour walking us through absolutely every option. I loved hearing her opinions and suggestions (based on her own experiences as a mum), and really appreciated her honesty and willingness to answer even the strangest questions.
This is all so new for us, but Michelle never once made us feel silly and for once, we didn't feel pressured or rushed. We walked out of the store with a real sense of having learned something - and a list of the perfect pram, cot, bouncer, bassinet, capsule and change table to suit us!
We are going to wait until we've made our 'big announcement' at Easter, then we'll come in and lay-by the whole lot at Baby Junction.

Good morning,
I had been recommended by a friend to visit your store to look at various items for our first baby, due in January. Feeling very overwhelmed with so many brands, ranges and items to chose from I visited your store on Friday and had the pleasure of dealing with Megan.
I was, and still am, completely overwhelmed with the amazing service I received. Megan made me feel comfortable from the word 'Go', and explained your products to me in a simple and concise manner. She was open with her opinion of what were 'nice to haves' vs. 'must haves' and I am so grateful for that! She demonstrated the items we had discussed, and reassured me that these items would be more than suitable for my husband & I, being first time parents. She also recommended bringing him to the store to have a look at the products chosen, so I did.
I brought my husband in to check everything out yesterday, and we were then helped by Antonetta. Again, we were both blown away by her caring and patience, giving my husband the comprehensive demo of the pram which Megan had given me the day before. He was also very impressed. We then had a long chat about car seats etc etc and Antonetta just confirmed all that Megan had spoken about on Friday.
I just wanted you to know that doing this for the first time, your staff made our whole baby shopping experience an absolute pleasure and took any sense of stress or anxiety out of the process. We ended up laybying our goodies and were also impressed with your 3 month terms, as we don't have to store the goods until a month before bub is due, and ready to get the final 'bits' organised.
We will be definitely be back, and recommending your store to any of our friends or family who are shopping for their little ones. I cannot speak highly enough of your store, second-to-none customer service and your obviously passionate staff. We feel great about every item we purchased, and can't wait to start using it!
